The farm has two 400 ton concrete silage bunkers, a hay and straw barn, workshop and equipment shelter. The crimped cereal is stored in plastic socks.

The 2200m2 cattle barn is equipped with 112 head clamps, full length feeding troughs, ball drinkers and a cattle handling system with a hydraulic crush and scale. The bull pens, heifer pens and cow pens are all linked for ease of handling. There is an internet accessed camera surveillance system of calving cows.

The farm buildings have mains electricity, internet, telephone connections and borehole water. A plot of 35 acres of land is included.
