Manager  /  Owner

The current French manager with reasonable English and immaculate rapport with current owner will be available to assist with the management of the farm, if required.

The current owner will assist with the entire transaction and transition of sale. All aspects of the legal requirements and Governmental requirements will be explained to prospective buyers. All introductions to solicitors, officials and local Mayor's office will also be made to the buyer by the current owner. The property is registered within a UK company. This may be an advantage to simplify a transaction and
avoid transfer duty.
